Proactive

Proactive

Through most of the years I've spent with restaurants I've learned to be a very proactive worker. I've learnt to take matters in my own hands and be sure to stay on top of things on my own.

An example of this would be completing tasks to make the shift go by with less stress; meaning to stock up on the required ingredients for a sale item before the dinner rush hits or sanitizing the equipment in my spare time.
