People Person

During my time as a ski instructor I had many students return for more classes and lessons because I focused on making the experience as enjoyable as possible while still being able to teach them how to ski properly. Such one time I was teaching a group of newbies and one of the girls fell down which is very common, but they always seem to be a little embarrassed. So to ease their anxiety I told everyone to fall down as well and so did I. Of course this had them all laughing and having fun, but the main idea wasn't the fall, it was teaching them how to get back up. So they really only focused on the fun they were having without realizing they were developing important skills needed in skiing.
